NanoInk’s NLP 2000 System is a user-friendly and easy to operate desktop nanolithography instrument capable of depositing a wide variety of materials (including nanoparticles and biological molecules) with sub-micron accuracy and precision. Using NanoInk’s proprietary MEMS devices and deposition protocols with the NLP 2000 System’s printing and automation software, users can create custom patterns of nano- to microscale features in under an hour. 

The NLP 2000 System is the ideal platform for protein and biomolecular patterning, microstructure and biosensor functionalization, cell biology,and polymer printing applications.

  • Co-planar patterning of large areas:  automatically and precisely print areas up to 40 mm x 40 mm
  • Alignment to  pre-existing microstructures: use high resolution optical microscope
  • Process monitoring and control: leverage high resolution optical microscope and environmentally-controlled deposition chamber
  • Deposition and imaging of a wide range of materials:  print molecular materials and liquids with viscosities ranging from 1-20,000 cP on a variety of substrates
